Provide remote front-desk and back-office support for a wellness store: handle phone and email inquiries, appointment booking and scheduling, inventory and supplies management, billing and superbills, time clock and daily close reports, and general customer service and special projects as assigned.

Partner with strategy, creative, analytics, and account teams to prioritize audiences, define channel roles, set KPIs, interpret performance, and guide optimizations while serving as a client-facing strategic partner.

Lead North America procurement operations, managing buyers and sourcing strategies. Oversee P2P, ERP data standards, vendor/material master, supplier relationship management, compliance, inventory/SIOP/MRP alignment, contract and KPI management, and continuous improvement.

Support, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN/wireless networks, routing/switching and Palo Alto firewalls. Troubleshoot production issues, monitor performance, implement upgrades and changes, and maintain documentation for corporate, retail, and distribution environments.
