The Senior Genomic Sales Specialist is responsible for meeting sales targets, developing customer relationships, and acting as a technical resource for the PacBio products while also delivering workshops and training to the sales team and customers.

Source and solicit commercial banking products (non-consumer loans, deposits, Treasury Services) for relationships typically $1M and less. Manage pipeline, achieve loan and non-interest income goals, structure and originate loans within credit policy, collaborate with credit staff, cross-sell bank services, represent the bank in the community, and complete assigned training.

Lead and execute product design as a player/coach: own design for one product-suite trio, set company-wide design vision and standards, grow and mentor a small design team, steward the design system, use AI-accelerated and coded prototypes to validate with users, and partner with Product and Engineering to drive business outcomes.

Support federal budget execution and financial management by processing, validating, reconciling, and reporting transactions in government financial systems. Maintain records, process invoices and reimbursements, track obligations and expenditures, assist audit readiness, and ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal controls.

Lead day-to-day patient, order, and document loading across suppliers and transitions. Establish SOPs and quality standards, manage backlog and SLAs, build dashboards, drive root-cause fixes and automation, and hire/coach a team of data specialists to scale loading accuracy and throughput.

Manage day-to-day partner relationships and execution to scale SaaS revenue. Drive partner performance, enablement, onboarding, joint campaigns, and co-selling motions. Coordinate cross-functionally, track KPIs and CRM records, run QBRs, and optimize partner programs to meet pipeline and revenue goals.

Independently manage an assigned book of Commercial Lines accounts: renewals, marketing submissions, coverage analysis, endorsements, certificates, audits, and client service. Partner with Producers on retention and cross-selling, maintain documentation in Applied Epic, stay current on carrier appetite and industry trends, and mentor junior team members.

Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing net-new enterprise customers across the West. Manage full sales cycle including demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations. Maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, articulate product value, support trials, and hand off customers to Customer Success while meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.

Manage wet end and dewatering product offerings within performance parts, develop customer solutions, support sales and engineering with specifications, drawings, training, and technical support to grow North America business.
