Support holiday fundraising operations by triaging donor emails and calls, processing donations, updating Raiser's Edge and FreeWill data, assisting with mailings, data hygiene, and donor stewardship tasks. Drive sales growth for integrated subsystem solutions, manage and inspire the BD team, develop market/product growth strategies, pursue government and prime-contractor relationships, and represent the company at meetings and conferences. Frequent travel to engage key customers.

Own and improve FP&A reporting (Adaptive Insights, dashboards), produce zero-defect monthly close and variance analysis, build forecasts and scenario models, partner with business leaders, maintain clean financial data, and drive process improvements and automation to inform executive decisions.

Manage and support loan and deposit relationships by assisting bankers with origination, underwriting, closing, renewals, covenant management, portfolio monitoring, and client interactions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and risk guidelines.

Support planning, development, execution, and analysis of cyber operations by managing KM content, records, RFIs, file structures, TTPs, and performance measures. Create executive briefings, improve information discoverability, facilitate workload management, coordinate KM working groups, and recommend technology and process improvements to increase collaboration and KM program effectiveness.

Lead operational execution of partnership initiatives: manage partner data in Salesforce, cultivate and expand relationships with community organizations, coordinate partner communications and events, prepare executive briefing materials, evaluate partnership opportunities, and recommend engagement strategies to support BSA's mission.
