Lead and manage the CDL program: develop and implement curriculum, supervise and train Driver Trainers, advise and retain students, analyze program performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform program continuous improvement while also performing Driver Trainer duties.

Develop, edit, and submit compliant, persuasive responses to government RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for SLED opportunities. Source and qualify opportunities, create compliance matrices and content plans, manage cross-functional inputs, maintain content libraries, perform final quality control, submit electronic proposals, and support post‑submission activities and finalist processes.

Provide frontline, white-glove technical support for employees and senior leadership across Windows, macOS, iOS and business applications. Troubleshoot incidents via phone, in-person, and remote tools; manage ticket queue; deploy and image laptops; support Zoom Rooms and peripherals; participate in on-call rotation and disaster recovery activities.

Lead Deal Desk execution and continuous improvement: support complex enterprise deals, validate pricing and contracts, coordinate approvals, manage escalations, ensure Salesforce/CPQ data integrity, analyze deal trends, develop processes, documentation, reporting, and train sales and cross-functional teams.

Serve as primary client liaison for commercial landscape accounts: manage relationships, conduct property inspections, identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals, coordinate operations with field teams, manage contracts and renewals, ensure quality and safety, and drive account profitability and growth.

Manage procurement of materials and ingredients for high-volume pork processing. Oversee purchasing and receiving team, create and manage purchase orders, set min/max inventory, collaborate with plant stakeholders, AP, Quality and Food Safety to ensure timely, compliant deliveries, support PPE and inventory cycle counts, produce management reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and execute media outreach and media relations strategies; pitch stories, manage press releases and media inquiries; create written content and social media to amplify coverage; support digital communications, press events, crisis communications, and training across Texas A&M AgriLife.

Partner with strategists and creatives to measure and analyze social, influencer, and PR performance. Own reporting, social listening, audience profiling, measurement plans, and presentation of actionable insights to clients and senior stakeholders.

Perform FP&A quantitative analyses for budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Build and maintain financial models, produce reports and dashboards, analyze cash flow, revenue, and expenditures, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making.

Provide regional oversight of multiple afterschool sites and Site Liaisons: supervise staff, conduct site visits and evaluations, support HR processes, coordinate trainings and events, manage program performance plans and budgets, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with grant and company policies.
