Lead global People Operations strategy and execution for HR service delivery, HR technology (including Workday), and people analytics. Build governance, roadmaps, and processes; manage vendors, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships; coach teams; and deliver workforce insights, standardized global processes, and technology-enabled employee experiences at scale.

Operate and maintain autonomous surface and subsea vehicles: plan and run field tests, perform hands-on assembly, integration, troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, firmware and software domains, manage data collection and logistics, support HQ production, organize parts and tooling, and develop SOPs and deployment processes for reliable missions.

Promote skilled homecare services by building referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehab/SNF centers and community organizations; conduct outreach, presentations and events; identify referral opportunities; maintain referral records; collaborate for smooth client admissions and uphold privacy and regulatory standards.

Manage and grow accounts, make outbound calls and emails to up-sell/cross-sell, estimate and quote projects, convert opportunities to sales, meet sales goals, coordinate order changes, analyze sales data, and collaborate with outside sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Support the Controller in financial reporting, month/quarter/year-end close, supervising finance staff, improving controls and processes, managing audits, budgeting, AR resolution, and cost-reduction initiatives.
