Select equipment using Munters software, prepare cost estimates, define project scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure design and fabrication meet customer requirements, and train customers and sales teams.

Lead rebuilding of HR functions: develop policies and procedures, administer HR programs and benefits, maintain personnel files and HRIS, ensure legal compliance, advise management on employment matters, and support employee relations and performance management.

Manage and grow territory accounts in skilled nursing and hospice settings by building relationships, identifying new business, providing product education, coordinating with internal teams, attending industry events, and documenting activity in the CRM.

Prospect and acquire new commercial and construction customers within an assigned Phoenix territory, manage and retain existing accounts, provide quotes/bids, use CRM daily, perform cold calls, and collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue goals.
