Entry-level HR Business Partner supporting assigned business units with employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, onboarding, and engagement. Partners with managers to address workforce challenges, analyze HR metrics, support investigations, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and L&D to improve organizational effectiveness and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.

Process bi-weekly payroll, review and correct timecards, manage pay changes and off-cycle payments, coordinate new-hire onboarding and benefits enrollment, monitor leaves (FMLA, Workers' Comp), assist with OSHA 300 and WOTC tracking, and serve as on-site benefits liaison.

Lead process mapping and re-engineering using Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC). Analyze operational data to diagnose issues, prioritize improvements, design to-be processes and solution requirements, and partner with technology and delivery teams to implement and measure results.

Design, implement, and test mission-critical C++ and multi-language software for Navy surface and unmanned platforms. Architect and refactor legacy weapons system software into microservices for cloud-native and tactical-edge deployments, integrate components into DoD environments, support test and integration at labs/LBTS, interact with customers, participate in design/code reviews, and prototype AI/ML and distributed processing solutions. Ensure adherence to security, DevSecOps, Agile, and performance requirements.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable: process and code invoices, match POs and receiving docs, obtain approvals, reconcile vendor statements, process payments, maintain vendor records, support operations and purchasing, manage AP inboxes and automation workflows, and identify process improvements.

Drive new business by owning the full sales cycle for community banks and credit unions: prospecting, demos, scoping, pricing, negotiation, and handoff. Build territory plans, generate outbound pipeline, engage executive and technical stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, represent the company at events, and travel as needed to close complex enterprise SaaS deals.

Lead North America Basketball commercial strategy for Sport Access, partnering with merchandising, planning, marketing, and account teams to drive revenue, inventory health, margin, and market share. Own seasonal execution, assortment and distribution strategy, key account sell-in, franchise performance, and marketplace insights. Influence cross-functional stakeholders and retail partners to unlock growth and deliver consumer-right assortments and allocation.

Serve as Level 2 escalation for the IT Service Desk, resolving advanced incidents across endpoints, identity, networking, VDI, and applications. Administer NinjaOne, Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID, FortiClient/FortiSASE, monitor backups, support onboarding/offboarding, maintain asset records, participate in projects, improve runbooks, and mentor junior staff.

Promote hospice and home-based services to hospitals, clinics, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities; develop and implement marketing plans; analyze markets and referral sources; attend interdisciplinary group meetings; provide community outreach and education; assist office staff with patient updates and referrals.
