Manage and grow assigned accounts by qualifying leads, onboarding customers, demonstrating products, coordinating orders, maintaining CRM records, and executing territory sales plans with frequent customer visits and cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue goals.

Authorize and process card transactions, provide merchant and customer support, monitor transactions for fraud using card-scheme tools, perform alerts/verification, manage card blocks/unblocks and emergency replacements, and support fraud investigation teams.

Lead supplier risk identification, assessment, and mitigation for direct material suppliers. Coordinate with Procurement, SQE, SCM, and Finance; run risk reviews, maintain risk profiles and dashboards, produce executive reports, support supplier audits, and improve multi-tier supply chain transparency and tools.

Provide HMIS data administration, develop and maintain reports, extracts, visualizations, and data transformations. Validate data quality, document requirements and tests, support users via help desk and training, and update report catalogs and data dictionaries to meet CoC and HUD standards.

Close warm inbound leads for bath and shower upgrades, identify customer needs, present same-day solutions, and drive sales within a designated territory. Participate in paid training, ongoing coaching, sales contests, and career advancement programs. Requires weekend availability, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within territory. Compensation includes base, uncapped bonuses, and high earning potential.

Build and manage the sales operating system: drive Salesforce adoption and data integrity, develop scorecards/KPIs/dashboards, establish account segmentation and territory processes, track pipeline health and retention, lead sales cadences and forecasting, and partner cross-functionally to improve sales execution and customer experience.

Lead conceptual FEED, studies, and detailed riser design including fatigue, strength, installation and clashing analyses. Provide technical leadership, review vendor/subcontractor deliverables, prepare design reports, cost and schedule inputs, and support procurement. Act as discipline or project lead, coordinate across disciplines, mentor junior staff, participate in reviews, audits and offshore surveys, and ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
