Process-Specific Skills
- Hands-on experience in creation of tools for:
- Workflow automation
- Data extraction and transformation
- Development of Copilot agents and chatbots
- Develop intuitive Power BI dashboards incorporating DAX-based calculations
- Ability to drive an efficiency-focused and high-performance work environment.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams with diverse requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence & Strategy
- Lead and implement business excellence initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across key operational functions (e.g., underwriting, claims, customer service).

- Manage end-to-end cross-functional projects, including automation and transformation programs.

- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
