Summary: MetLife is offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital and AI transformation journey. We are seeking experienced Agile Coach to drive the transformation that will enable business results.
As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding our teams in their Agile journey, helping them to adopt and improve Agile practices, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibility
Agile Adoption and Improvement: Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and practices, and help them to adopt and improve their Agile processes.

Team Facilitation: Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes that increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to help them develop their Agile skills and knowledge.
Change Management: Help teams navigate organizational change and ensure that Agile principles and practices are aligned with business objectives.
Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track metrics to measure team performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
Community Building: Foster a community of Agile practitioners across the organization, promoting collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and best practices.
Technical
At least 5 years of working as an Agile Coach with deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and SAFe).
Ability to define and customize agile processes for execution of both technical and non-technical activities.
Ability to lead, mentor and influence individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to assess the organization's current state and adapt Agile practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, virtual environment across geographies.
