• Strong hands-on experience in NodeJS, Groovy, Java/Javascript, SpringBoot, ReactJS, Remix, MongoDB REST and Microservices
• Experience with Cloud based implementations in Azure, AWS, or similar.
• Provide technical support throughout project lifecycle around technology platforms, solution design, security, debugging, profiling, performance tuning, data modelling, and REST API design
• 7 + years' experience in Software Development and strong technical experience with building enterprise scale distributed web and mobile applications.
• Proven record of success in driving excellent customer experience and Net Promotor Score (NPS) through digital transformation.
• Proven CI/CD, Agile, DevOps/Lean experience to ensure that project adapts to digital platform ecosystem
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details, as well as, demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills; ability to establish strong relationships.
• Strong Software Development Life Cycle knowledge and experience, or comparable methodologies
• Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (or other design tools)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to apply analysis to actionable insights
• Leads the creation of architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms. Works towards enabling self service capabilities for business partners.
• Lead the collection and documentation of user requirements as well as lead the development of user stories and estimates into technology solutions for large complex features in collaboration with Product Owner
• Lead the detailed technical design and development of applications/platforms. Partner with Product owner in planning.
• Responsible for ensuring disaster recovery, privacy and security are aligned to enable application/platform stability.
• Responsible for development of specific software/platform components and unit testing for such components
• Leads peer reviews of solution designs and related code for complex features. Ensures code meets best practice guidelines set by application/platform vendor.
• Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Manages prioritization of problems, incidents, and service requests with Product Owner
• Leads team in production support activities of complex nature and/or Product. Leads the effort in upgrading or patching applications/platforms as needed.
Maintain awareness of trends and issues in area of technical expertise, evaluate new technologies or technology opportunities, and provide analysis of their potential impact to champion the customer
