Job Responsibilities
• Receive and review enrollment requests to ensure all required eligibility data is present to enable enrollment for MetLife's Core products
• Verify eligibility by navigating within one or more systems including GroupFacts and/or CDF
• Input data manually into UIS and/or GroupFacts
• Terminate employee enrollments
• Respond to requestors in a timely manner within TAT
• Respond to customers using standard response templates, adding clear details when needed
• Log metrics
• Maintaining quality standards
• Partner with supervisors to assess root cause of escalations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including security, data retention/ ILM and external regulations
Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement
Education
• Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
(In Years)
• 1-2 years of experience performing manual data entry(preferably in Insurance Industry)
• Customer service experience
• Business writing skills, including ability to write clear, concise communications
Technical Skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS office - Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
• Typing / data entry speed 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
Other Skills
• Knowledge of Insurance principles in relation to the US Insurance industry
• Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) and comprehension skills
