Summary of Role:
Nasuni is building out our Renewals organization. The Senior Renewal Specialist owns a high-volume, quota-carrying renewal portfolio, and multi-year conversions. This is a commercial, hunting-minded role—ideal for someone with prior renewal ownership, quota experience, or SDR/Account Management progression who thrives in negotiation-heavy, process-driven environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and close 30+ renewals per quarter across a portfolio of small and mid-sized customers.
- Meet or exceed:
- Renewal Quota
- Price uplift and multi-year metrics
- Manage the full renewal cycle:
- Outreach
- Discovery
- Proposal
- Negotiation
- Close
- Uncover expansion opportunities and collaboratively pull in Account Executives at the right moment.
- Execute renewal strategies:
- Hold or increase pricing
- Convert contracts to multi-year
- Protect and extend ACV
- Build repeatable renewal cadences and workflows using Salesloft, Gainsight, and CRM automation.
- Maintain accurate renewal pipeline forecasting, renewal stages, and data integrity in Salesforce/CPQ.
- Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Enablement to refine playbooks and messaging.
- Provide feedback on process improvements as the team is built from the ground up.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in SaaS renewals, account management, or sales with quota ownership.
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing and close renewals.
- Background in security, data infrastructure, or adjacent technical SaaS preferred.
- Experience managing a book of business.
- Strong commercial instincts.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and improve processes, cadences, and playbooks.
- Comfortable working in a new function where processes are being defined.
- Boston-based; able to work onsite 3 days per week.
