Senior Regulatory Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
【業務内容】
・日頃から製品開発チーム、コンテンツチーム、薬事データベースチームと協力し、WERCS Studioソフトウェアとその薬事コンテンツ（特に日本語のSDSとラベルに関連するもの）を改善する。
・必要に応じて、社内スタッフへ規制に関する研修を行う。
・専門的な法規制知識と知見を顧客に提供する。
・WERCS Studioソフトウェアや関連ソフトウェアサービスを用い、SDSとラベルを効率的に作成できるよう手助けする。
・ソフトウェアのデモや営業プレゼンテーションにおいて営業チー ムを規制の側面からサポートする。
・WERCS Studioソフトウェアを用い、顧客や社内スタッフ、またはテスト向けにSDSを作成する。
・その他、指示された業務を遂行する。
QUALIFICATIONS
【必須（MUST）】
・化学、生物学、環境科学、毒性学、または関連分野の大学学位（学士号相当）を取得し、国際的なハザードコミュニケーションに重点を置いた法規制や製品管理、またはEHSに携わる実務経験が7年以上ある方。
・GHS、および世界におけるGHSの採用経緯や手法に精通した方。
・日本のSDSやラベル作成に関わる規制および規格を熟知した方。特にJIS Z 7252/7253、ISHL（安衛法）、PRTR（化管法）、PDSCL（毒劇法）、CSCL（化審法）。
・SDS作成に伴う危険物輸送に関する業務経験がある方。
・日本語と英語で優れたコミュニケーション能力を発揮できる方。
【歓迎（WANT）】
・海外向けSDSとラベルの作成が可能な方。
・EUのCLP、REACH、毒物センター通知、SCIP、アジアやASEAN規制などに精通した方。
・産業界経験に加え、官公庁勤務経験があれば尚可。
・Microsoft Office（Word、Outlook、PowerPoint、Excel）を使いこなせる方。
