About The RoleAs part of our Growth & Product pillar, you will own and drive initiatives that impact the entire customer lifecycle — from acquisition, through engagement and retention, to expansion across our products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales, establishing a clear vision and executing product strategies that align with our business goals.
In this role you will:
- Take full ownership of your product area and make a significant impact on the company’s growth.
- Define and execute product strategies informed by data, user insights, and market trends.
- Foster a culture of fast experimentation, learning, and iteration.
- Evaluate opportunities using both qualitative methods (user interviews, usability tests, surveys) and quantitative data (analytics tools, A/B tests, metrics analysis).
- Understand the market and competitive landscape to ensure long-term product success.
- Collaborate with other product managers to share insights, align strategies, and continuously improve our approach.
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager with a strong track record of delivering impactful products.
- Experience partnering with technology teams to build and communicate product roadmaps based on business objectives, market research, and customer insights.
- Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to drive decisions independently.
- Passion for exceptional user experiences, with strong UX and design sensibility.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions and rationale.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant learning and adaptation.
- Experience with SaaS or consumer products — advantage.
- Entrepreneurial or consulting background — advantage
