We are looking to hire a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist with a strong techno functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM application to join our Global Technology, Platform & Capabilities team.
Reporting to the IT Senior Manager(HRIT), you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and providing end-to-end system solutions that addresses business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud HCM application.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle fusion applications and experience working as a subject matter expert in a global environment.
This role will be a hybrid position from within the UK, the Netherlands or Spain UL Offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as an Oracle Cloud HCM SME for supporting HR business processes and developing strong relationships with the business process owners.• Responsible for system implementation support of Oracle Cloud HCM Applications• Personalize Redwood UX enhancements for a modern, mobile-friendly experience using Visual Builder Studio.• Leverage Oracle Cloud HCM embedded AI, Generative AI, and AI Agents to enhance employee experiences, streamline processes, and unlock actionable insights.• Primary point of contact to manage the functional requirements and setups for the Oracle Learning Cloud Approval Workflows, Personalizations and HCM Role Security updates.• Review, analyze & evaluate current business systems and user needs in order to develop, enhance, implement, and maintain fully functional, integrated, and operational business systems within Oracle and related systems, following IT standards and IT Change control processes.• Partner with business teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements.• Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manage the specification changes.• Working with business, technical and Oracle teams should manage the patch cycles, by assessing and mitigating the impact of upcoming patches and managing the logging/working on SRs to resolution.• Oversee global testing to ensure no harm to the business due to other business units entering or changing functionality in shared environments.• Develop training material and provide one-on-one and group training as necessary.• Negotiates with business to prioritize requests that support business objectives and drive business assessment of project cost/benefits.• Identifies technology opportunities to help with business issues. Provides input to IT management on technology standards and operations.• Drive change management initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field preferred or equivalent job-related experiences.
- 7+ years of Oracle Learning ,Absence Management modules and Core HR, global Implementation experience and/or support is required.
- A solid knowledge on Fast Formulae, VBS Personalizations for Redwood pages, thorough understanding on data flex and functionally managing the needs of complex integrations is required.
- Solid business understanding of human resources and workforce management processes is required.
- Hands on experience in configuring and maintaining Security, Approval Workflow Rules, HCM Experience Design Studio and Page composer Personalization setups is a nice to have.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards about the Cloud.
- Experience implementing large-scale ERP solutions in global companies preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Oracle certification(s) is a plus.
