This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days a week in office) position located at either our Northbrook, IL or Chicago, IL office.

  • Technology Enablement (Finance-Driven)

  • Change & Adoption
Drive enterprise adoption of standardized reporting through strong communication, training, and executive engagement.
  • Compliance & Controls Awareness
Ensure that centralized reporting and metrics remain aligned with GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and disclosure considerations, in partnership with controllership.
  • People Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on enterprise thinking, accountability, and delivery of decision-ready insights.
  • Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
