- Performs daily operational duties sush as tax invoice issuance and adjustment activities
- Perform monthly accounting duties such as preparation of various transactional and financial reports
- Compiles data in Microsoft Excel and utilize Oracle to export data for various reports.
- Assists internal countarts such as sales, customer care, O2C, A2R in providing invoices or invoice adjustments
- Communicates with internal and external clients in order to obtain, exchange or provide necessary information as it regards to accounts receivable.
- Assist in the closing process for accounts receivable and verify that all invoices have been completed.
- Researches invoice questions received from internal and external clients.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
