Job Summary

The Sales Transformation Director & PMO Business Partner will focus on leading critical sales transformation initiatives end-to-end. This role will operate as a trusted partner to Sales leadership, translating strategy into execution and ensuring complex, cross-functional programs land successfully.

You won’t just manage programs; you’ll drive alignment, accelerate decision-making, and ensure adoption and results across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale sales transformation initiatives from concept through execution and stabilization.
  • Partner directly with Sales leadership to turn strategic priorities into actionable, cross-functional plans.
  • Drive alignment across Sales, RevOps, HR, Finance, Enablement, and GTM teams.
  • Establish clear program structure: milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers to keep initiatives on track.
  • Coordinate hiring waves and ensure organizational readiness at scale.
  • Own onboarding program execution to support new sales hires as part of large initiatives (in partnership with Enablement).
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption, including stakeholder engagement and communications.
  • Define and track success metrics, including adoption, performance impact, and ROI.
  • Ensure readiness for key launches, including cutover planning and post-launch support.
  • Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks to scale transformation efforts over time.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field required; MBA or Masters in IT preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in a high-growth or enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales and go-to-market operations.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Track record of driving change management and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Highly structured thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for executive audiences.
  • Comfort operating as a hands-on individual contributor in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
