Sell Imprivata access and security solutions to mid-enterprise healthcare accounts in the Southeast. Prospect, develop account strategies, demonstrate products, negotiate and close deals, expand existing customer revenue, manage demos with Solution Engineering, and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com while meeting booking quotas and travel requirements.

Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and translate business priorities into targeted enablement programs. Use CRM and conversation analytics to drive onboarding, coaching, methodology adoption (MEDDPICC), cross-sell readiness, and sales execution improvements across healthcare and other revenue segments.

Implement Imprivata software for customers: assess environments, install and test products, integrate with enterprise technologies, produce technical collateral and documentation, train customers and partners, and support projects through deployment. Significant domestic travel required.

Provide technical leadership for Imprivata Mobile Access Management managed services: assess environments, configure and optimize MDM/UEM solutions, administer integrations, own support and escalations, run customer meetings, lead optimization projects, deliver training, and act as the customer advocate across product and service teams.

Lead and own the corporate website as a strategic growth channel: define roadmap, optimize digital customer journeys, drive SEO/GEO and conversion rate optimization, evaluate AI capabilities, manage analytics and agencies, ensure site security and performance, and lead a website team to accelerate pipeline growth and customer engagement.

Lead a team delivering privacy monitoring services for healthcare customers, ensuring SLA and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/HITECH/GDPR). Drive operational excellence through KPI tracking, process improvement, reporting, cross-functional partnership, onboarding/training, and escalation management to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and service scalability.

Serve as strategic HR partner to Product, Engineering, and Clinical leaders. Drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, performance coaching, employee relations, and change initiatives. Leverage HR technologies, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions, improve processes, and support global HR programs and integrations.

Own the hardware product lifecycle and roadmap for access management devices (badge readers, biometrics, peripherals). Lead supplier partnerships, firmware/integration efforts, regulatory and field readiness, cross-functional launches, and metrics to drive adoption and customer experience in healthcare and enterprise environments.

Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to execute people strategies across assigned groups. Provide day-to-day HR support in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, engagement, onboarding, and HR program implementation. Analyze workforce data, support hiring and internal mobility, coordinate events, and leverage HR technology and AI tools to improve processes and reporting.
