Owns Imprivata’s end-to-end revenue pipeline operating discipline, improving pipeline creation, qualification, progression, forecasting, data quality, and conversion. The role leads cross-functional governance across Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, Finance, and Business Operations; develops playbooks, dashboards, predictive analyses, and inspection routines; ensures Salesforce accuracy; coaches leaders; and advises executive stakeholders on pipeline performance, risks, and revenue predictability.

Manage the enterprise IT controls and access governance program across applications, infrastructure, developer platforms, and data services. Build risk-based control inventories, operate access reviews and certifications, track exceptions and remediation, establish metrics and executive reporting, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Partner with Security, IT, application owners, Finance, Legal, auditors, and business stakeholders to improve identity governance, privileged access, lifecycle management, segregation of duties, and control effectiveness. Use automation, APIs, analytics, and AI agents to improve governance efficiency and auditability.

Provides advanced technical support across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, networks, applications, and enterprise IT services. Resolves complex issues, supports onboarding, manages endpoint platforms, documents solutions, analyzes ticket trends, and mentors IT staff. Collaborates with systems, networking, security, vendors, and business teams. Uses approved generative AI responsibly for troubleshooting, automation, knowledge management, and service improvement while protecting confidential data.

Manages strategic enterprise customers by developing success plans, driving product adoption and value realization, improving retention and renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. Requires fluent German and English and travel up to 25%.

Provide pre-sales technical support for Imprivata solutions across the Northeast: discovery, customized demos, proof-of-concepts, RFI/RFP responses, SOWs, channel enablement, and transition to services. Travel up to 50%.

Manage relationships with SMB customers throughout their journey, driving retention, product adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Monitor customer analytics and health metrics, coordinate with Renewals, Support, Sales, and leadership, resolve issues, communicate customer feedback, and develop scalable programs that improve outcomes. Engage customers through Salesforce, Gainsight, calls, and email while identifying advocates and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Leads enterprise Zero Trust strategy across identity, device trust, access, DSPM, and content management security. Owns architecture, standards, governance, operating models, risk management, and cross-functional execution across Security, IT, Product, and Engineering. Builds or leads teams, influences technical leadership, supports audits and customer security reviews, and drives least-privilege access, continuous verification, device posture enforcement, and data-security controls.

Leads and matures the third-party risk management program across cybersecurity, privacy, and AI governance. Conducts vendor risk assessments, evaluates data protection and AI practices, manages onboarding through offboarding, monitors continuous and Nth-party risk, tracks remediation, reviews contract terms, supports audits, and maintains governance reporting. Partners with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, AI Governance, and business teams to improve workflows, communicate risks, and develop scalable assessment processes.

Implements enterprise software solutions for customers and partners, from technical assessment and planning through deployment, testing, training, and project completion. The role installs and integrates Imprivata products with healthcare, identity, virtualization, database, and mobile device management technologies. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows environments, coordinating project activities, maintaining implementation methodologies, developing technical documentation, conducting workshops, and delivering advanced customer and partner training. Extensive domestic travel of approximately 75% is required.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate communication. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, advise on market trends, maintain applicant tracking records, and collaborate with HR, compensation, and finance teams on workforce planning. Improve recruiting processes and contribute to talent acquisition initiatives.

Sell privileged access management solutions to commercial and SMB healthcare prospects, channel partners, and existing customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, account strategy, complex multi-stakeholder selling, product demonstrations, negotiations, closing new business, quota attainment, forecasting, and Salesforce management. The representative collaborates with sales engineers, SDRs, marketing, customer success, support, finance, and partners to advance opportunities and resolve customer needs.

Administer and optimize Gainsight, Gong, and related Customer Experience systems. Build workflows, health scores, dashboards, integrations, and customer success programs supporting onboarding, renewals, and risk mitigation. Maintain data integrity, gather requirements, lead system enhancement projects, and collaborate with CX, Product, and RevOps teams. Provide training, documentation, stakeholder communication, and operational insights through KPIs and reporting.

Lead paid advertising strategy and execution across international markets, including paid search, social, display, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns. Develop localized media plans, support ABM programs, partner on international SEO, manage advertising budgets and agencies, and analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, attribution, and ROI. Collaborate with Marketing Operations to optimize tracking, lead routing, reporting, and campaign effectiveness.

Develop and execute risk-based manual tests for the Access Intelligence Platform, maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure secure, scalable, usable products. The role includes basic SQL and Linux commands, API testing, participation in continuous integration testing, task estimation, and collaboration with experienced quality engineers. The engineer will increasingly own testing assignments, contribute to product improvements, and use generative AI tools to create test scripts, test data, and defect summaries with appropriate human review.

Lead application security and DevSecOps strategy across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, and traditional product environments. Embed security controls into software development and CI/CD, establish secure-by-default standards, automate policy and infrastructure security, protect software supply chains, and address application, cloud, identity, API, AI, and endpoint risks. Partner across engineering, product, operations, SecOps, and GRC to prioritize vulnerabilities, support incident response, maintain compliance evidence, and drive measurable security adoption.

Manages commercial sales across the Western United States, targeting medium and large accounts in non-healthcare industries. Responsibilities include exceeding quota, developing account strategies, engaging executive decision-makers, managing demonstrations and evaluations, partnering with resellers and internal sales teams, maintaining Salesforce and Clari forecasts, and expanding existing customer relationships. Requires extensive enterprise sales experience, Identity and Access Management expertise, executive-level selling, negotiation, presentation, and autonomous territory management.
