Join our dynamic regional office in Paris and leverage the resources and innovation of a $1B ARR, NASDAQ-listed company. As we expand our presence across France and Iberia, you have the chance to play a key role in accelerating our growth in these markets.

As our new business Sales Leader, you’ll be instrumental in hiring, developing, and mentoring a team of mid-market account executives. Your efforts will drive growth by building meaningful relationships, providing strategic guidance, and creating measurable business impact across a diverse client base.

 

What You’ll Do:

 
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Attract, develop, and inspire a team of talented Territory Account Executives to manage and expand our Mid Market Accounts.

  • Drive Results: Lead your team to achieve and exceed ARR, cross-sell, and retention targets while aligning performance with company objectives (OKRs).

  • Enable Upmarket Growth: Implement robust sales methodologies and strategies to support our move into the enterprise space.

  • Develop Talent: Deliver personalized feedback, create development plans, and foster continuous improvement to maximize team potential and client value.

  • Foster Collaboration: Cultivate a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability through excellent leadership and leading by example.

  • Plan for Long-Term Success: Partner with regional leadership to craft and execute a multi-year strategic growth plan.

  • Innovate and Inspire: Establish a legacy of results, a vibrant team culture, and exceptional client satisfaction.

 

What You Bring:

 
  • 3–5 years of proven leadership in managing high-performing SaaS sales or account management teams, preferably in fast-growth environments.

  • A growth mindset, thriving in high-velocity environments with 40%+ YoY growth, and experience building scalable processes for long-term success.

  • Deep understanding of complex account lifecycles, sales cycles, and solution-based selling (Medpicc experience required).

  • Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with short-term performance goals.

  • Expertise in hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent, fostering a high-achieving team environment.

  • Transparent, empathetic, and accountable leadership style that unites teams around shared goals and exceptional results.

  • Advanced market knowledge—experienced in partnering with enterprise-level stakeholders in IT, Legal, Procurement, and related functions, offering tailored solutions and demonstrating clear ROI.
