Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented Project Manager with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality projects and solving complex problems. You will assist in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the project goals and stakeholders' expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet the required objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and track milestones.
Identify and address project risks, issues, and roadblocks with creative problem-solving.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project.
Foster a people-oriented approach, encouraging team collaboration and productivity.
Support in coordinating and leading project meetings, ensuring clarity and direction among team members.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.

Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) - Adventage
