You will apply your deep knowledge of the tech talent market to source, engage, and close top-tier candidates who will build the future of mental healthcare at Rula. You will be instrumental in shaping our product team, ensuring a seamless and equitable candidate experience while championing our mission. As a Lead Recruiter, you will function as a mentor and subject matter expert, sharing best practices and elevating the broader Talent Acquisition team.
Required Qualifications
Core Product Recruiting Experience: 5+ years of full-lifecycle corporate recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, including 3+ years specifically hiring top-tier Product Management and Product Design talent.
Advanced Sourcing & Market Mapping: Proven track record of designing creative, inclusive sourcing strategies to discover, engage, and close senior passive candidates using modern platforms (Juicebox preferred), while proactively identifying and mitigating requisition risks.
Stakeholder Alignment & Delivery Leadership: Strong consultative mindset with a demonstrated ability to partner directly with hiring managers, lead cross-functional recruitment workflows, and drive alignment to unblock hiring obstacles.
Complex Offer Negotiations & Closing: Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills, with extensive experience navigating multi-variable compensation structures and complex, high-stakes offer negotiations.
Strategic Analytics & Funnel Strategy: Deep capability in analyzing talent metrics (candidate throughput, funnel conversion, stage velocity) to diagnose process bottlenecks, forecast headcount delivery, and optimize recruiting strategies for complex product roles. (Focus: Macro/Strategic insights)
ATS Mastery & Operational Hygiene: Hands-on technical proficiency with modern recruitment platforms (Ashby preferred), maintaining an uncompromising standard for real-time data accuracy, candidate tracking discipline, and system compliance. (Focus: Micro/Execution discipline)

Ashby Experience: Leverages Ashby as an ATS.
Mentorship & Pod Leadership: Prior experience acting as a team or pod lead, mentoring junior recruiters or sourcers, and guiding hiring managers on interview loop design and calibration.
Advanced sourcing: Experience testing a variety of methodologies; leveraging AI-assisted tools.
AI Tool Usage: Uses AI tools as part of the day-to-day recruiting workflow, e.g., LLM-assisted sourcing and Boolean generation, resume/profile screening, interview note synthesis, or offer/comp research, enabling faster movement without sacrificing candidate quality or personalization.
Equity Knowledge: Brings working knowledge of pre-IPO equity mechanics (ISOs, vesting, strike price, dilution) and has used that fluency to close P&D candidates.
