As a Sr. Security Engineer, you will ensure the protection of patient data, enhance security in development practices, and launch a vulnerability management program while collaborating with Engineering, Product teams, and external partners to promote security as part of the company culture.

This role involves developing scalable and reliable scheduling systems for managing appointments in a healthcare context. The engineer will participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring high engineering quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet complex project needs.

The Director of Engineering will lead multiple application development teams at Rula, focusing on patient and provider experiences while managing third-party integrations. This leadership role involves overseeing project goals, inspiring team growth, and ensuring the organization's engineering practices align with long-term stability and security.
