Manage pre-bill functions, investigate complex claim rejections, interpret payer requirements, prioritize claims, monitor automated workflows, and improve revenue cycle operations. The role analyzes trends, optimizes processes, guides offshore teams, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve claim outcomes and operational efficiency.

Owns the strategy, architecture, and implementation of production AI and machine learning systems for personalization, search ranking, relevance, and patient-provider matching. Builds recommendation engines, retrieval models, LLM applications, and scalable ML infrastructure while establishing AI safety, evaluation, and MLOps standards. The role requires hands-on model development, technical leadership, mentoring, and responsible deployment of AI in a regulated mental healthcare environment.

Lead the architecture and migration of Rula’s data platform to Snowflake and Medallion architectures. Govern warehouse performance and cloud costs, establish data contracts and intake guardrails, and enforce GitHub-based CI/CD testing for data quality and query performance. Scale AI-assisted engineering practices across teams while partnering with executives and domain engineers. The role also supports secure clinical data handling, schema evolution, semantic BI integrations, and production ELT pipeline development.

Lead end-to-end qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods UX research focused on patient acquisition, onboarding, booking, and initial care experiences. Frame ambiguous product questions, identify opportunities, synthesize behavioral and research data, and influence Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and Marketing decisions. Own a product area and research program while translating patient insights into measurable improvements in trust, confidence, conversion, and overall experience.

Guide growth strategy through financial analysis of complex deals, pricing, contract economics, and strategic forecasting. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to evaluate trade-offs, translate financial data into actionable insights, and support executive decision-making. This individual contributor role requires navigating ambiguity and balancing short-term efficiency with long-term business impact in a fast-growing healthcare company.

Design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure and tooling to enable agentic AI development. Drive AI enablement, developer relations, training, and shared platform tooling to support engineering teams and production LLM/agent integrations.

Drive growth of sold providers and patient starts within a Mid-Atlantic territory. Own full sales cycle with aggressive outbound sourcing, in-person selling at least three days/week, relationship management within a two-hour radius, and remote strategies for other accounts. Hit quota through consultative closing, CRM management, and heavy local travel (up to 50%).

Lead and improve billing support operations by driving change management, building scalable workflows, analyzing operational and billing data, diagnosing root causes, aligning cross-functional partners, and managing performance across BPO vendors.

Lead end-to-end user research to inform product strategy and improve patient and provider workflows. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data to turn user signals and analytics into actionable insights, define research roadmaps, and influence build decisions in a fast-moving, remote-first mental health care product.

Own the strategic roadmap for brand media allocation, audience targeting, and measurement. Bridge upper-funnel brand building with lower-funnel Patient Starts, manage CTV and paid social campaigns, build MMM or multi-touch attribution frameworks, oversee multi-million-dollar media budgets, present to executives, and manage external media agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.

Build scalable distributed systems for Rula’s Marketplace Health Engine, improving provider utilization, marketplace efficiency, and patient access. Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations; lead technical strategy across teams; design backend services, APIs, and data-intensive systems; drive projects from discovery through post-launch support; solve complex marketplace problems; mentor engineers; and remain hands-on in software development.

Execute and optimize Rula’s large-scale paid search program across Therapy and Psychiatry services. Manage value-based bidding, campaign strategy, audience segmentation, automated rules, and LTV-focused performance measurement across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Partner with Analytics, Finance, and Brand to improve patient starts and lifetime value. Use Looker or comparable BI tools to analyze performance and support sophisticated growth initiatives.

Lead product initiatives for therapist-facing tools to automate administrative workflows and deliver real-time clinical guidance using AI. Partner with design, engineering, and clinical teams to simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and increase therapist capacity and patient care.

Leads a data science team and personally drives analyses, experimentation, and product analytics to identify patient experience improvements. Partners with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Engineering teams to develop product features, evaluate business and product performance, guide product planning, and translate statistical findings into actionable recommendations. Manages and develops analytical talent while applying data storytelling, A/B testing, marketplace metrics, and retention, conversion, engagement, and churn analysis.

Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Engineering and leadership team during rapid organizational growth. Own operating rhythms, improve decision-making and execution, diagnose organizational friction, and create plans for cross-functional delivery. Translate technology strategy into priorities, operating plans, and measurable outcomes. Apply AI tools to streamline processes and reduce operational toil while influencing senior technical leaders and driving sustainable organizational practices.

Manage partner billing cycles, prepare and submit billing files, review remittances and payment feedback, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate to resolve billing and payment issues. Drive workflow improvements, support automation initiatives, and scale billing processes for new EAP partners while documenting processes and training materials.
