We are seeking a Product Management Intern, Patient Access to join our team this summer. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Waltham, MA.
 
Job Summary
 
This role offers hands-on exposure to the product lifecycle, with a focus on discovery, user workflows, and early feature development. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and go-to-market teams to gather insights, analyze data, and help shape a product that enhances both provider efficiency and patient experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gather and synthesize feedback from providers and patients to inform product decisions
  • Analyze clinical workflows and patient access challenges to identify opportunities
  • Support defining product requirements, user stories, and early feature development
  • Assist with product analytics, tracking adoption and usage of new features
  • Partner with engineering, clinical, and go-to-market teams to support releases and alignment
  • Contribute to product documentation, research, and internal communications

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field
  • Interest in product management and healthcare technology
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field 
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle is a plus; technical background preferred 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications 
  • Ability to quickly build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and contributors 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to gather necessary information 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and often demanding environment 
  • Self-sufficient, with ability to complete projects with little guidance 
  • Strong organizational skills  

This position offers an hourly range of $25.00 to $27.00 per hour. In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
