Role OverviewNasuni is seeking a Principal Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to lead the design, architecture, and evolution of our global GTM systems ecosystem. This role operates at the intersection of systems strategy, data architecture, and revenue execution.
You will own Salesforce and the broader revenue tech stack as a strategic platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business growth. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond administration into enterprise system design and decision-making.
This role is not for candidates focused only on ticket-based admin work—it is for those who architect systems, influence stakeholders, and drive long-term platform strategy.
Responsibilities- Own Salesforce architecture including data model, security model, territories, and scalability design
- Define integration architecture across tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Workato
- Establish long-term systems roadmap aligned to GTM growth targets
- Serve as final escalation for complex system issues and architectural decisions
- Design scalable automation using Flows, integrations, and event-based architectures
- Lead end-to-end delivery of system initiatives from problem definition → deployment
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks through proactive system design
- Define enterprise-wide data governance standards and enforcement mechanisms
- Ensure consistency of pipeline, revenue, and customer data definitions
- Build systems that enable reliable analytics and forecasting
- Leverage AI tools to improve:
- Workflow automation
- Data quality monitoring
- Forecasting and pipeline insights
- Evaluate and implement AI-assisted workflows and agent-based automation within RevOps systems
- Mentor systems administrators and elevate team technical standards
- Partner with RevOps leadership to define systems strategy and investment priorities
- Translate technical tradeoffs into clear business decisions
Must-Have
9–12 years total experience; 6+ years in Salesforce/RevOps systems
Proven ownership of Salesforce architecture in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience leading end-to-end system implementations or transformations
Deep expertise in
Salesforce configuration (Flows, security, data model)
Experience with CPQ, territory management, or partner ecosystems
Integration platforms (Workato, APIs)
CRM data architecture
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
Preferred
Advanced Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder)
Hands-on experience with Salesloft, LeanData, ZoomInfo, HubSpot
Ideal
Experience scaling systems in $100M+ ARR SaaS companies
Exposure to AI-driven RevOps workflows or automation tools
Experience defining global GTM systems strategy
