- Analyze customer needs to define the multi-year platform vision, investment thesis, lifecycle strategy, and cross-product adoption roadmap for IAM Services.
- Lead cross-functional discovery activities with customers, field teams, and internal product teams to identify high-value shared platform needs.

- Manage customer outcome measures for customer impact, platform adoption, reliability, security posture, and reduced duplication across product lines.
- Champion customer needs by driving adoption and health metrics, ensuring product-line teams migrate to and consume shared IAM services, and encouraging product, engineering, security, and executive leaders to prioritize shared-platform investments and resolve portfolio-level tradeoffs.
- Communicate IAM Services roadmap, priorities, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to executives, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Advise IAM Services team on product-management practices for platform and shared-service products.
