What You'll Do
You'll learn on the job through meaningful projects that help shape how work gets done and how organizations prepare
for the future. Here's a peek at the experiences that await you:• Researching talent, leadership and future-of-work trends and translating them into practical insights.• Supporting organization design, workforce planning and strategic talent initiatives.• Helping bring programs to life through tools, templates, playbooks, project plans and stakeholder resources.• Analyzing information to identify patterns, opportunities and recommendations.• Creating engaging presentations and stories that make complex ideas easier for leaders to understand and act on.• Experimenting with approved AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and content development.• Collaborating with partners across HR and the business on meaningful, enterprise-level challenges.

Familiarity with analytics, data visualization or generative AI
tools is a plus.

USD 22.02 - 33.08 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
