Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing, enhancing, and maintaining technology solutions that support tax processes
- Build data automations and visualizations using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools
- Support the evaluation and integration of artificial intelligence technologies into tax workflows
- Collaborate with tax team members to gather and document business requirements for technology projects
- Prepare process documentation and user guides for tax technology tools
- Identify opportunities to improve federal tax compliance processes through technology-driven solutions
- Collect, analyze, and report data in support of tax initiatives
- Support and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries
- Collaborate with team members on ad hoc tax technology projects

- Working knowledge of accounting and tax concepts
- Familiarity with computer science, data science and analytics, or information systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a collaborative, hybrid work environment

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, computer science, data science and analytics, information systems, or a related field
- GPA of 3.2 or higher

USD 22.02 - 33.08 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
