About RapDev:

We specialize in engineering the most progressive Datadog and ServiceNow environments. Our experienced team of SREs and DevOps engineers powerfully brings together these two ecosystems to drive better observability, availability, and deployment velocity across organizations of all sizes.

RapDev is looking for a driven, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to own and elevate our marketing engine. This isn't a hand-holding, wait-for-direction kind of role. We want someone who sees opportunity, moves fast, and takes real pride in the work they put out into the world. You'll be the force behind our lead gen programs, events, content, and campaigns, building the strategies, running the plays, and making sure every dollar we spend is working hard. From owning a packed events calendar to developing customer stories that make our sales team unstoppable, you'll have the scope and autonomy to make a real impact.

We move quickly at RapDev, and this role is built for someone who thrives in that environment. You'll work with coordinators and freelancers, own multiple workstreams simultaneously, and keep everything moving without missing a beat. If you love building programs from scratch, sweat the details, and can take a project from raw idea to polished execution with minimal direction, this is your kind of role.

This role will be based in our Boston office, with an expectation of coming into the office Tuesday-Thursday each week.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and execute RapDev's lead generation and brand awareness programs

  • Own the end-to-end events, webinars, conference sponsorships, and field marketing calendar from concept and logistics through promotion, execution, and post-event reporting

  • Develop and manage customer case study program: identify customer stories, coordinate interviews, and produce polished assets that support sales and brand credibility

  • Lead content strategy and execution of email marketing and newsletter campaigns, including list segmentation, campaign planning, copywriting, and performance reporting

  • Support various content initiatives including blog posts, solution briefs, videos, and social content that drive awareness and top-of-funnel pipeline

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing activities; take an ROI-driven approach to budget allocation and campaign decisions

  • Delegate tasks to marketing coordinators and freelancers, provide clear briefs, manage timelines, and ensure quality execution across all workstreams

Who you are:

  • 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of a program or channel

  • Hands-on experience running events and webinars end-to-end, including virtual and in-person formats

  • Experience building and managing email marketing programs — HubSpot, Marketo, or similar

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from ideation through completion

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • SME-level proficiency across core marketing tools — CRM, marketing automation, CMS, SEO, analytics, social

  • Data-driven mindset: you measure what you do and use results to inform decisions

  • Comfortable working with external partners, managing vendor relationships, and representing RapDev externally

  • Ability to work independently without significant oversight while keeping stakeholders informed

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Proactive, organized, detail oriented, and able to take projects from concept to final delivery with minimal direction

  • Familiarity with the Datadog and/or ServiceNow ecosystems or cloud/DevOps/observability space is a plus

  • Experience with partner or channel marketing is a strong plus

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $120,000-$145,000 annually, depending on experience

Benefits:

  • 100% Employee Healthcare Coverage (Medical, Dental & Vision)

  • Retirement Plan (5% 401k Match, IRA)

  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (4-week minimum) (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)

  • Parental Leave

  • Fitness & Commuter Subsidies available

  • Equity

  • SL & LT Disability

RapDev is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
