About the Marketing Engineer Role 

We’re seeking a Marketing Engineer with deep handson martech experience to support and scale a sophisticated Marketing Operations ecosystem. You will own technical implementation, system integrations, data flows, and automation across the marketing tech stack. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building highly connected, measurable, and automated marketing systems. 

What You’ll Do 

• Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot programs, workflows, lifecycle processes, and data models.  

• Connect marketing programs and processes inside of Salesforce by doing platform configuration and low code development in Flow 

• Own integrations between marketing platforms and core systems using Workato, API based connectors, or native integrations. 

• Configure and administer key Martech platforms including: 6Sense (intent, predictive modeling, orchestration), Google Analytics (GA4), Clay (AI and enrichment automations), Workato (integration automation), as well as additional data enrichment and GTM tools as needed 

• Develop and maintain lead scoring, attribution, routing, and tracking. 

• Monitor system health and resolve sync issues between Marketing tooling and CRM. 

• Implement advanced tracking, including UTM governance, conversion events, and multitouch attribution. 

• Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps on cross-system data flows, reporting pipelines, and data normalization. 

• Evaluate new Martech tools and support technical implementation. 

• Maintain documentation, workflow diagrams, and integration maps. 

• Support data compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and deliverability best practices. 

What You Bring 

• 3–5 years of handson experience in Marketing Operations, Martech Engineering, or GTM Engineering. 

• Deep functional expertise in HubSpot and/or Marketo. 

• Salesforce Admin and/or Platform App Builder certifications strongly preferred. 

• Strong experience with B2B Martech tools including 6Sense, Google Analytics, Goldcast, Postal, Navattic, Clay, Workato/Zapier, and similar systems. 

• Ability to build API driven integrations, automation logic, and complex workflows. 

• Knowledge of SQL and Marketing Influence / Attribution reporting a plus. 

• Strong analytical mindset with experience building attribution, lifecycle, scoring, and routing frameworks. 

• Comfort working with data models, transformation logic, and system architecture. 

• Excellent problemsolving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
