Lead Full Stack Software Engineer for Marketing and Leads Team

Description and Requirements
l Solution design: Lead discovery sessions to analyze, document, and validate business processes and draft design of digital solutions to deliver business demands
l Functional analysis: Create user stories, wireframes and conceptualize UX, new services or service extensions, product or feature ToBe models for complex business cases in line with solution design
l Solution delivery: Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with Product owners/Scrum masters/Developers, etc. to lead development based on the created solution design/User Story.
l Production support: Collaborate with the production support manager to contribute to the stabilization of production operations. (monitoring, operational improvement, incident handling, etc.)
l Team management: Contribute to the smooth operation and stable delivery as a team by providing support to each FA staffs as a manager in charge of functional analysis. Requirements: Please describe the required competencies, including experience, skill sets, etc.
l Solution design: ディスカバリー・セッションを主導し、ビジネス・プロセスを分析、文書化、検証し、ビジネス要求を実現するためのデジタルソリューションのドラフトデザインを行う
l Functional analysis: ソリューションデザインに沿って、ユーザーストーリー、ワイヤフレームを作成し、複雑なビジネスケースの UX 、新規サービスまたはサービス拡張、製品または機能の ToBe モデルを概念化する。
l Solution delivery: Scrum における各イベントに参加のうえ、 Product owner/Scrum master/Developer 等と率先してコラボレーションし、作成したソリューション設計 /User Story に基づく開発をリードする
l Production support: Production support manager とコラボレーションのうえ、チームが管轄するデジタルサービス全般に対する本番運用の安定化（モニタリング・運用改善・障害対応等）に貢献する
l Team management: Functional analysis を担う manager として各 FA スタッフに対し、適宜サポートを行うことで、チームとしての円滑な運営・安定したソリューションデリバリーに貢献する Requirements: Please describe the required competencies, including experience, skill sets, etc.
l Experience in system design, development, operation and maintenance (+10 years)
l Experience in Agile development or system development with SAFe framework (+5 years or experience in building digital solutions for customers using Cloud infrastructure (+5 years)
l Deep understanding of applications. Able to analyze processes based on the functionality/features of each application.
l Excellent project management skills.
l Good understanding of Java/javascript and knowledge of web services related technologies such as Spring boot, React, relational databases, etc.
l Excellent communication skills. Able to explain issues to support partners and guide them to resolution.
l Able to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
l Excellent problem solving and problem management skills.
l Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is highly preferred.
l A team player who can work actively and flexibly, not waiting for instructions.
l A mindset that not only follows the rules but also proposes better ways of doing things on its own.
l システム設計、開発、運用保守に携わった経験 (+10 years)
l アジャイル開発もしくは SAFe framework に沿ったシステム・ソリューション開発の経験 (+5 years) もしくは Cloud 基盤を活用した顧客向けデジタルソリューションの構築経験 (+5 years)
l アプリケーションの深い理解。各アプリケーションの機能 / 特徴に基づいてプロセスを分析できる。
l 優れたプロジェクト管理スキル。
l Java/javascript をよく理解しており、 Spring boot 、 React 、リレーショナル データベースなどの Web サービス関連の技術知識を持っている。
l 優れたコミュニケーションスキル。サポート パートナーに問題を説明し、問題解決に導くことができる。
l 技術に詳しくないビジネスメンバーなどに技術的な詳細を説明することができる。
l 優れた問題解決および問題管理スキル。
l 日本語、英語のバイリンガルであること。
l 指示待ちではなく、能動的かつ柔軟に動けるチームプレイヤー
