We work with some of the largest retailers in the world, performing market surveillance, auditing and inspecting the products we put in and on our bodies. We help customers ensure that not only are their products themselves safe, but their supply chains are using ethically and sustainably sourced materials. We build close relationships, providing advice and expertise to help them deliver safer products that meet the latest requirements and manufacture them fairly. Job duty
- Perform root cause analysis using appropriate quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis, etc.).
- Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Follow up on effectiveness verification of corrective actions.
- Review quality control (QC) data, control charts, duplicate results, spike recovery data, CRM results, and proficiency testing performance.
- Coordinate investigation of abnormal analytical results.
- Support maintenance and continual improvement of the laboratory quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and internal procedures.
- Assist in preparation for internal audits, external audits, accreditation assessments, and customer audits.
- Support closure of audit findings and non-conformities.
- Conduct technical review of laboratory records and testing documentation.
- Verify compliance with approved test methods, SOPs, and quality procedures.
- Coordinate proficiency testing (PT) and inter-laboratory comparison activities.
- Review PT performance and investigate unsatisfactory results.
- Support method validation, method verification, measurement uncertainty, and quality control programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing with accreditation bodies (e.g., HOKLAS, CNAS, A2LA, UKAS).
- Knowledge of regulatory testing programs such as REACH, RoHS, CPSIA, FDA, EN71, LFGB, or cosmetic testing.
- Internal Auditor qualification for ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 9001
Education
- Bachelor's Degree / associated degree/ higher diploma or above in Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry or relevant

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree, associate degree, higher diploma, or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or a relevant field
