About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Junior Marketing Specialist to support the growth of Libra in the Slovak and Czech markets.

This is an operational role ideal for someone who enjoys “getting things done” and bringing campaigns to life locally.

You will be responsible for adapting and executing centrally developed Libra campaigns for the local markets, ensuring they are relevant, well-timed, and aligned with local business needs and market conditions. You will collaborate with a growing team of professionals and contribute to building a high-performing, agile, and customer-focused environment.

In this role, you will report to the Regional Libra Lead, while working closely and in alignment with the CZ & SK marketing team and local stakeholders. You will act as a key link between central campaign strategy and local execution—making sure global initiatives truly work in the local markets.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Localization

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Libra in the Slovak and Czech markets

  • Adapt central campaigns, messaging, and content to local needs, language, and context

  • Coordinate campaign rollouts across channels (email, landing pages, social media, events)

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with local priorities, and high quality

Content & Asset Management

  • Prepare and manage marketing assets (emails, landing pages, presentations, banners)

  • Manage marketing content across web and campaign materials

  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials with internal teams and external partners

Events & Webinars

  • Organize and coordinate webinars (planning, setup, promotion, follow-up)

  • Support participation in events, conferences, and meetups

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with local marketing team, central teams, external vendors, and partners

  • Coordinate with Sales to support campaign activation and follow-up

  • Collaborate on local marketing campaigns and support marketing activities for other products within the portfolio, ensuring alignment and synergies across initiatives

Performance & Insights

  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements

  • Conduct basic market and competitor research

  • Ensure consistent Libra messaging across all local channels

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing (internships or junior roles welcome)

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and campaign execution

  • A practical, hands-on mindset – you enjoy executing and delivering results

  • Good organizational and coordination skills

  • Ability to work with centrally defined materials and adapt them effectively to the Czech and Slovak markets

  • Excellent language skills, with strong copywriting and editing abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability (text & visual sense)

  • Clear and professional communication style

  • Team-player attitude and ability to collaborate across teams and countries

  • Basic understanding of marketing channels (email, social, web)

  • Fluent Slovak or Czech language (C1+) and English (B2+)

  • A proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
