The Business Procedures Intern will work within the Metrics & Reporting team and have the following responsibilities:
- Document & update procedures within the line of business
- Assist with data gathering and reporting across our Metrics/Reporting, Business Controls, and Business Procedures teams.
- Identify barriers to the success of the operation by working with the team to analyze, identify and implement strategies to enhance accuracy, customer centricity, and efficiency of their teams.
- Create and compile business reports to provide trend analysis to improve quality metrics, process efficiencies and reduce customer noise.
- Interact effectively with team members to discuss trend analysis and areas of improvement
Desired Skills/Interests:
- Data gathering from various sources
- Ability to effectively create reports
- Process documentation skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication
This is a virtual role. The intern will be required to be in-person on day 1 and 1x per month thereafter. The intern must be located within 50 miles of the following office locations:
- Tampa, FL
- Warwick, RI
- West Des Moines, IA
- Cary, NC
