In this fully remote role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams around the world. You'll be the key point of contact for client communications, driving timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure excellence at every stage. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation through completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing support or redirecting as needed.
- Leverage internal systems, qualified resources, and financial tools to plan, staff, execute, monitor, and evaluate project performance.
- Collaborate with Emergo offices globally, as well as with cross-functional departments, to ensure seamless project intake, time tracking, invoicing, delivery, and follow-up.
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, resource allocation, and timesheet approvals.
- Ensure the accurate and secure maintenance of all client-related documentation.
- Adhere to project management procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Resolve client issues related to service delivery, timelines, invoicing, and deliverables.
- Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, based on the evaluation of credentials, training, and/or relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead customer meetings and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Professional-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
