The Director of Product Management is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and commercial success of a portfolio of key Audit products, spanning both cloud and on-prem offerings that serve as the foundation for future innovation.
This role owns these products end-to-end, spanning business outcomes, customer value, and technical evolution. The Director will unify and evolve the portfolio into a cohesive platform while partnering closely on the transition toward next-generation, AI-enabled and agent-assisted audit capabilities.
This leader will align cross-functional teams to deliver both near-term results and durable platform capabilities that support future innovation.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
In support of the audit leader, lead the multi-horizon product strategy across a portfolio of key audit products (cloud and on-prem)
Establish a clear direction for how these products evolve as a foundation for future platform and AI capabilities
Balance core product investment (stability, compliance, usability) with forward-looking enhancements
Translate market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies into a cohesive product strategy and roadmap
Business & Commercial Ownership
Own product-level outcomes, including revenue growth, retention, adoption, and profitability
Drive pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy in partnership with GTM teams
Develop and manage business cases, investment trade-offs, and prioritization decisions
Establish and manage KPIs and performance scorecards for owned products
Product & Platform Leadership
Ensure strong integration across key products within the portfolio, creating a seamless customer experience
Drive platform thinking to enable shared capabilities, data models, and extensibility
Partner closely with Engineering to evolve scalable, modern, and data-enabled architecture
Champion a holistic product approach that connects workflows across the audit lifecycle
Product Team Management
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team Product Managers
Align and coordinate work across multiple product areas and teams, ensuring PMs deliver cohesive customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
Elevate the strategic capability of the team, coaching PMs to think commercially, make principled trade-offs, and connect product decisions to market impact, financial performance, and company strategy.
Act as a multiplier for team effectiveness, proactively identifying gaps in skills, structure, or processes and implementing improvements that increase velocity, clarity, and impact across the organization.
Customer & Market Leadership
Maintain deep understanding of audit personas, firm dynamics, and regulatory environments
Act as a voice of the customer in product decisions and external engagements
Lead market and competitive analysis to inform product direction and differentiation
Build strong feedback loops to continuously validate product direction and outcomes
Driving Alignment & Execution
Align Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Services around shared product outcomes
Drive clarity on trade-offs, sequencing, and investment decisions
Ensure disciplined execution through roadmaps, planning cadences, and performance tracking
Lead scenario planning and resource allocation across owned products
AI & Data-Informed Product Leadership
Partner closely with leadership on the evolution toward AI-enabled and agent-assisted audit experiences
Provide product input, domain expertise, and prioritization guidance to shape AI and agentic initiatives
Ensure owned products and platform capabilities are well-positioned to support AI-driven workflows
Champion a data-informed product culture, leveraging analytics, experimentation, and customer insights
Stay current on how AI is reshaping product development, UX, and competitive dynamics, and apply those insights to product strategy
Drive adoption of modern product practices, including instrumentation, hypothesis-driven development, and outcome-based measurement

Job Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Innovation, or related field) preferred
Experience:
10+ years in product management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
5+ years leading product managers across a portfolio or set of related products
Proven experience owning product strategy and business outcomes
Experience with platform products, workflow systems, or data-driven applications
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Strong business and financial acumen
High degree of data fluency: ability to define metrics, interpret data, and drive decisions through analytics
Deep experience in customer discovery and product-market fit
Strong understanding of how AI is impacting product development and user expectations
Ability to operate across technical and commercial domains
Exceptional communication and influence skills

Compensation$150,900.00 - $252,750.00 CAD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
