Join our Infra Observability Team, where we build the intelligent systems that sense, analyze, and optimize our entire production environment. We sit at the exact intersection of high-scale infrastructure engineering and autonomous operations.

Your mission will be to transform our massive telemetry footprint across both core cloud layers and platform infrastructure, including everything from EKS and AWS networking to application-facing messaging, queuing, and storage, into a self-healing, highly efficient ecosystem. You will pioneer next-generation agentic analysis and AI-driven anomaly detection, design modern log-routing pipelines, and relentlessly optimize multi-tool cloud spend. • Architect & Evolve the Observability Vision: Design and build the foundational monitoring and intelligent log-routing agents running across our high-scale infrastructure.

• Pioneer Agentic & Intelligent Tooling: Design and deploy AI-driven, agentic tooling capable of automated anomaly detection, proactive noise filtering, and context-rich, intelligent alerting.

• Drive Multi-Tool Cost Optimization: Serve as the technical guardian of our telemetry spend. Implement advanced data filtering, metric sampling, and smart lifecycle strategies to significantly reduce data ingestion costs across a multi-vendor stack.

• Scale High-Performance Metrics Systems: Optimize and supercharge our specialized monitoring backends for high-performance, cost-effective long-term metric storage.

• Overhaul Alerting Governance: Ruthlessly eliminate infrastructure alert fatigue. Establish smart alerting pipelines that separate transient background noise from true, high-context systemic failures.

• Standardize Production-Wide SLOs: Collaborate with Core & Platform Infra teams to instrument, track, and enforce strict Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Objectives (SLOs) for foundational compute, storage, and networking layers.

• Cloud & Compute: AWS & EKS

• Telemetry & Analytics: Datadog, Coralogix, VictoriaMetrics, Clickhouse, Grafana

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, GitOps, Helm
  Requirements

  • Observability Mindset: Proven experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer with a deep focus on building scalable monitoring and observability architectures at enterprise scale.

  • Cloud Deep Dive: Strong operational mastery of Cloud infrastructure and networking viewed through a telemetry lens.

  • High-Scale Metric Engines: Experience with or deep architectural understanding of high-scale metric engines.

  • Alerting Philosophy: A strong philosophy regarding alerting hygiene. You know how to isolate actionable infrastructure anomalies from safe baseline spikes.

  Advantages
