monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
We are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager with strong operational instincts, a sharp editorial eye, and a passion for building scalable marketing processes to join our growing Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you will sit at the centre of our campaign execution model - owning how campaigns are built, reviewed, approved, and launched across Braze and HubSpot at scale. You will be the connective tissue between brief owners and execution, responsible for the quality, compliance, and brand integrity of every campaign we send. If you are a proactive operator who thrives on building structure, loves working across functions, and is excited by the intersection of marketing and technology - we'd love to hear from you.
About the role:

  • Own the end-to-end campaign execution process: how briefs are submitted, reviewed, approved, and launched.

  • Review campaign output before it goes live, applying brand, tone, compliance, and contextual judgment.

  • Act as the operational interface between brief owners and execution - guide stakeholders through edge cases, exceptions, and escalations.

  • Own the stakeholder approval process: suppression checks, overlap management, sensitive account handling, and sign-offs from Growth, Legal, and regional teams.

  • Build and maintain the operating model for campaign execution across channels and regions.

  • Keep the team's knowledge base current: brand guidelines, templates, regional rules, and escalation logic.

  • Own the campaign calendar and maintain full visibility for stakeholders - ensure every team knows what is launching, when, and why.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (PMM, Growth, Legal, regional) to align on campaign standards and execution priorities.

  • Track performance patterns and translate them into process and brief structure improvements.

  • Identify gaps in current execution capabilities and drive the changes needed to close them.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing operations within a high-growth SaaS company.

  • Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable marketing automation platform - a must.

  • Strong editorial judgment: you can read a campaign and know if it is right, not just whether it follows the rules.

  • Proven track record building processes and operating models in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Excellent communication skills - you will regularly align PMM, Legal, Growth, and regional stakeholders.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage high campaign volume without compromising quality.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energised by building from scratch.

  • Interest in or experience with AI-powered tools and marketing automation is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools (Looker, SQL, or equivalent) is an advantage.
