  • 国内外顧客からの問合せをマルチチャンネル(ライブチャット、電話、メールなど)で対応
  • ULオンラインサービスのサポート対応
  • 22種類の問合せや申請を迅速に解決に導く
  • 個人およびチームのパフォーマンスや品質の目標達成
  • プロセス改善活動への積極的な参加 
  • 国内外のUL関係者との連携、コミュニケーション など

QUALIFICATIONS
<語学力> 
  • 英語中級(TOEIC 800点、スピーキングも含む)、日本語上級(母国語レベル)、中国語(歓迎)
  • 英語と日本語の両方で読解、書く、話す能力が優れ、中国語の能力があれば尚更歓迎されます。

<その他>
  • 顧客対応経験:顧客サービス経験があり、顧客とのコミュニケーション能力を有し、チームワークを重視する方。
  • コミュニケーション能力:情報をはっきり伝え、顧客のニーズを理解するために効果的に聞き取る能力を有する方。
  • マルチタスク:同時に複数のタスクを処理し、焦点を失うことなく効率的に対応できる方。
