As a key leader within our established regional team, you will drive growth, inspire excellence, and help shape the strategic direction of our enterprise sales efforts across France. Partner with a $1B ARR, NASDAQ-listed company that empowers teams worldwide to achieve their best work.

 

About The Role

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a talented group of Enterprise Account Executives to maximize their potential and drive revenue growth.

  • Deliver outstanding results: Consistently achieve and exceed ARR targets, cross-sell objectives, and retention goals, aligning team efforts with broader company OKRs.

  • Drive upmarket expansion: Refine and implement advanced sales methodologies, portfolio strategies, and account planning processes to accelerate monday.com’s enterprise footprint.

  • Develop talent and culture: Provide personalized coaching, create clear development plans, and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Collaborate strategically: Work closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute a sustainable growth strategy for the next 3-5 years.

  • Champion innovation and client success: Lead by example to build a legacy of impactful results, exceptional client relationships, and a thriving team environment.

 

Requirements

  • Proven leadership: Minimum 3 years managing high-performing SaaS Enterprise sales or account management teams, preferably in fast-growing, dynamic environments.

  • Growth-oriented mindset: Experience thriving in high-velocity markets with 40%+ YoY growth, building scalable processes and teams.

  • Enterprise sales expertise: Deep knowledge of complex account lifecycles, long sales cycles, and solution selling frameworks (Medpicc proficiency required).

  • Strategic vision: Ability to balance immediate sales targets with long-term team and market development plans.

  • Coaching and talent development: Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent to build winning teams.

  • Inspirational leadership: Transparent, empathetic, and accountable leadership style that motivates teams through shared goals and collaboration.

  • Market savvy: Strong understanding of enterprise stakeholders across IT, Legal, Procurement, and other key functions, delivering tailored solutions with clear ROI.
