The ideal candidate will have revenue operations, continuous process improvement, change management, project management, governance, and communication experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support day-to-day activities of the O2C process excellence function
- Provides Business Process Design & Improvement support within a defined organizational area or for assigned processes or process components.
- Engages with functional / operational leaders to understand business systems, processes, objectives, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Establish & provide metrics for process measurement, identifying areas for improvement.
- Designs process diagrams and evaluate current processes.
- Measures performance against process requirements.
- Helps support the project team by delivering consistent, timely deployment of changes, capturing risks, minimizing disruptions, and ensuring successful implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in related fields (i.e., business analysis, finance, accounting, process improvement, etc.). A candidate may also have a Master's Degree with generally 1 year of experience. A non-degreed candidate will have 6+ years' of relative experience.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
- Must be comfortable working in situations that may be unfamiliar but can find solutions with support.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of the implications of emerging technologies.
- Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in continuously expanding their knowledge base.
- Demonstrated ability to ask insightful questions, explore new ideas, and seek out innovative solutions is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, and shift priorities quickly as required and rapidly adapt to changing environments
- Experience with continuous improvement and project management - Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP a plus
- Strong computer skills and proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials, SAP, and other billing systems
USD 67,100.00 - 100,700.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $67,100.00 - $100,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
