An Administrative Specialist and Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations and providing essential administrative support within an organization. This entry-level position combines customer service and clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage administrative support functions, including data entry, word processing, and filing. Coordinate scheduling and meeting agendas, organize phone calls, voicemails, and emails, and collaborate with team members on special projects. Resolve complex and sensitive inquiries professionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, word processing, filing, and maintain office records.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for staff.
- Communication: Organize and prioritize emails, voicemails, and other forms of communication.
- Project Assistance: Support team members with special projects and tasks as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Address basic inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher Secondary Education.
- Two -Three years clerical experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle)
