The Accounts Executive will manage accounts, ensure timely transaction entries, prepare invoices, follow up on payments, and provide audit documentation.

Manage end-to-end import/export freight forwarding, customs clearing and maritime logistics across containerized, bulk, breakbulk and liquid bulk cargo. Use Cargo Wise to register shipments, prepare customs entries and documentation, coordinate vessel schedules, inspections, transport and bonded/cross-border movements, resolve operational queries, process invoices, and produce operational reports.

Own and manage Docmap and related HSEQ applications, driving roadmap, governance, and vendor engagement. Improve workflows, data quality, automation, and stakeholder collaboration across regions to deliver scalable HSEQ system solutions.

Coordinate order processing and supply planning for marine products: liaise with customer service, inventory, freight, warehouse, and procurement; monitor vessel schedules; update orders; schedule and optimize drivers; provide delivery status and after-hours remote responsiveness.

Coordinate communication on product availability and lead times with customer service, transport, warehouse, expediting and procurement. Follow up quotes and orders awaiting approval, order non-available items, scan delivery notes, create invoices for closed orders, maintain control reports/documentation, assist other departments on stock and purchase orders, and perform manager-assigned duties. Role requires rotating first-half Saturday and weekday night split shifts.

Lead day-to-day maritime procurement for a global fleet: manage and coach procurement officers, ensure on-time delivery, meet SLAs and KPIs, coordinate with vessel and technical teams, support sourcing and supplier management, enforce governance and compliance, drive cost optimization and process improvements.

Support Accounts Receivable by allocating incoming payments to invoices, storing bank statements, investigating unidentified/unapplied cash, processing customer offsets, and assisting the AR team with daily tasks.

Execute timely, accurate supplier payments and month-end reconciliations; verify supplier accounts, respond to transaction queries, maintain process documentation, meet KPIs and deadlines, and support process improvements.

Develop and grow sales for marine products by advising customers, pursuing leads, processing high-value enquiries/orders, promoting campaigns, resolving complaints/warranty claims, and collaborating with order processing and operations to ensure excellent customer experience and increased sales.

Support global growth of newbuilding supervision by identifying opportunities, engaging customers and shipyards, preparing commercial proposals and tenders, maintaining CRM records, providing market intelligence, and coordinating cross-functional teams through contract award to project start.

Promote and sell maritime products and services to ports, terminals, and vessels. Visit ships to provide technical support, demonstrations, chemical tests, and carry out services. Create leads and report visit outcomes, customer feedback, and competitor activity. Support sales during vessel transactions and complete required documentation after each visit.

Provide first-line Service Desk support for global users: own incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, diagnose and resolve Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint, connectivity and security issues, ensure SLA compliance, communicate clearly to users, maintain knowledge articles and handovers, and escalate to 2nd/3rd line teams when needed.

The Finance Controller will ensure accurate financial reporting, oversee budgeting, resolve discrepancies, and act as a Finance Business Partner while supporting regional management efforts.

Perform monthly vessel accounting tasks including fund requests, bank reconciliations, payroll and cash verification, posting journal and bank entries, reconciling balance sheet items, preparing monthly reports and budget follow-ups, ensuring supporting documentation and timely submission to vessel owners and management centers.

Promote and sell Wilhelmsen marine products and services in Florida ports. Visit vessels and terminals, provide technical support, chemical tests, demonstrations, generate leads, document visits, report via Salesforce, and support sales and customer satisfaction.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions, ensure data quality and governance, trace data lineage, mentor analysts, and collaborate with data engineering to maintain trusted finance reporting and KPIs.

Manage and record ship agency cash transactions: receive and book payments, reconcile balances and bank accounts, transfer funds to WPS offices, match invoices with payments, update floats in VA, handle OFAC/currency checks, and communicate financial statements and reconciliations to stakeholders.

The Senior Application Support Engineer will resolve complex Salesforce application production issues, perform troubleshooting, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to custom development and SOPs.
