Manage and maintain ship emission monitoring plans, track regulatory developments, verify and validate emission data, lead submission of compliance reports, support audits, train stakeholders, run sustainability projects, and provide operational backup for HSEQ data quality processes.

Promote and sell Wilhelmsen marine products and services in Florida ports. Visit vessels and terminals, provide technical support, chemical tests, demonstrations, generate leads, document visits, report via Salesforce, and support sales and customer satisfaction.

Grow sales and ensure excellent customer experience for marine products by building sustainable customer relationships, advising on product selection, pursuing leads, processing high-value enquiries/orders, promoting campaigns, resolving complaints/warranty claims, and working cross-functionally to meet delivery and service targets.

Manage crew travel booking and ticketing to support seamless crew changes: create and issue PNRs in GDS, prepare itineraries per schedules and immigration rules, handle refunds/changes and ancillary products, ensure data privacy, and coordinate with operations and client management.

Prepare and submit Disbursement Accounts and process high-volume AP/AR transactions, ensuring accurate data entry, timely DA dispatch, invoice posting, reconciliations, customer support, and participation in ad-hoc projects and cross-team backup.

Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for marine products to internal and external customers, maintain knowledge databases, escalate complex issues, liaise with product management, mentor support staff, and participate in product training and continuous improvement efforts.

Coordinate and process orders for the WSS network, handle order input, confirmations, claims, quotes, and general administration. Ensure timely order closure, HSE compliance, efficient use of systems, and customer-focused problem solving.

Build and operate a unified, governed AI platform (Azure, Snowflake, dbt, GitHub) enabling LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, Copilot rollout, governance, cost control, and domain enablement across product teams.

Coordinate communication on product availability and lead times with customer service, transport, warehouse, expediting and procurement. Follow up quotes and orders awaiting approval, order non-available items, scan delivery notes, create invoices for closed orders, maintain control reports/documentation, assist other departments on stock and purchase orders, and perform manager-assigned duties. Role requires rotating first-half Saturday and weekday night split shifts.

Promote Wilhelmsen Ships Service products and services in ports, perform shipboard inspections, technical support, and installations; visit vessels, document outcomes in systems (Salesforce), and support sales and customer satisfaction.

Manage onboarding and implementation of corporate travel programs, coordinate stakeholders, deliver training on booking and reporting tools, enforce travel policy compliance, monitor adoption and satisfaction, handle escalations, and recommend service and process improvements.

Drive fleet technical and operational performance by analyzing operational data, identifying inefficiencies, defining improvement actions, and delivering stakeholder presentations. Lead fleetwide optimization for fuel efficiency, voyage execution, and environmental compliance, monitor data quality and reporting systems, collaborate with crew and service providers, and support customers and teams on energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Serve as front-desk point of contact and provide administrative support for office operations: manage reception and visitor access, handle mail and shipments, maintain supplies, process invoices, coordinate facilities maintenance and vendors, maintain insurance/COI records, and support HR and risk management tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
