Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship
- Manage administrative and operational matters for the Airfreight department
- Oversee daily coordination of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments
- Develop customer relationships and service key accounts per contracts and SOPs
- Ensure 24/7 responsiveness, courtesy, and efficiency during assigned shifts
Documentation & Transportation
- Process, coordinate, and document all customer requirements
- Monitor and update AOG shipping movements
- Perform and coordinate transport management tasks
Customs
- Coordinate with clearance staff to ensure timely delivery of shipments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in international Logistics or equivalent
- IATA/DG certification
- Experience handling Aero parts, especially AOG shipments
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a customer-centric approach
- Independent, systematic, and adaptable to changing requirements
- Fit for shift duty (8 or 12-hour shifts; 24/7/365 support including weekends and holidays)
- Proficient in MS Office and related systems
- Tech-savvy with high customer orientation
- Organizationally fit with good moral character
