Key Responsibilities

 

Customer Relationship

  • Manage administrative and operational matters for the Airfreight department
  • Oversee daily coordination of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments
  • Develop customer relationships and service key accounts per contracts and SOPs
  • Ensure 24/7 responsiveness, courtesy, and efficiency during assigned shifts

 

Documentation & Transportation

  • Process, coordinate, and document all customer requirements
  • Monitor and update AOG shipping movements
  • Perform and coordinate transport management tasks

 

Customs

  • Coordinate with clearance staff to ensure timely delivery of shipments

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in international Logistics or equivalent
  • IATA/DG certification
  • Experience handling Aero parts, especially AOG shipments
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a customer-centric approach
  • Independent, systematic, and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Fit for shift duty (8 or 12-hour shifts; 24/7/365 support including weekends and holidays)
  • Proficient in MS Office and related systems
  • Tech-savvy with high customer orientation
  • Organizationally fit with good moral character
  • Local hiring prioritized
