Perform healthcare business valuations and financial analyses: gather financial and operational data, build and own complex financial models, conduct due diligence, write reports, support senior staff, attend meetings and site visits, and contribute to thought leadership and internal content.

Lead complex CFO advisory engagements for healthcare organizations, advise CEOs and Boards on finance strategy, and build VMG Health's CFO service line. Develop scalable tools, quality processes, and mentor consultants while driving business development and practice growth.

Manage and scope healthcare valuation engagements, lead project teams, ensure timely accurate deliverables, maintain client relationships, mentor staff, and apply valuation methodologies and financial modeling to form valuation opinions.

Advise healthcare organizations on strategy, transformation, transactions, and physician alignment. Build financial models, perform market and operational analyses, conduct due diligence, and produce executive-level recommendations. Collaborate with consulting teams, engage clients in meetings and workshops, support proposals and thought leadership, and manage multiple engagements to deliver data-driven, implementable solutions.

Serve as the face of the corporate office delivering a professional workplace experience. Manage front desk reception, facilities, vendor relationships, purchasing, meeting/event support, new-hire onboarding, office operations, reporting, and process improvements to ensure efficient daily operations and high employee/client satisfaction.
