Builds executive and industry relationships, sells and delivers engagements, represents the firm externally, and oversees service line budgets, quality, and thought leadership. Requires substantial ASC operational leadership, healthcare consulting, business development, and client engagement experience, with travel up to 70%.

Advises hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations on strategic planning, growth, market positioning, physician alignment, partnerships, transformation, and organizational performance. Builds C-suite and board relationships, originates consulting opportunities, develops the sales pipeline, represents the firm publicly, expands client relationships across advisory offerings, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Leads and grows a healthcare margin improvement and performance excellence consulting platform. Advises hospital, health system, physician enterprise, and other healthcare executives on operational transformation, revenue enhancement, cost optimization, productivity, and sustainable growth. Develops strategies and implementation roadmaps, leads complex engagements, builds executive relationships and new business, supports partnerships and growth initiatives, contributes thought leadership, and mentors multidisciplinary teams.

Lead and expand a physician enterprise advisory practice serving health systems, physician organizations, academic medical centers, and healthcare investors. Advise executives and boards on physician compensation, provider alignment, medical group transformation, network strategy, growth, partnerships, performance improvement, and integration. Lead consulting engagements, develop client relationships and new business, create thought leadership, innovate service offerings, and recruit and mentor consultants while ensuring strong client service and project performance.

Advise healthcare organizations on strategy, transformation, transactions, and physician alignment.
