Leads client-facing Controller and financial advisory engagements, providing expertise in financial reporting, general ledger oversight, close processes, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and audit preparation. Manages project plans, client and internal teams, competing priorities, deliverables, quality, and deadlines. Reviews financial work, resolves complex accounting issues, improves finance processes and controls, develops team members, and supports client relationships and service growth.

Develops data-driven insights, analytical tools, reporting frameworks, financial models, and survey programs for healthcare consulting and training initiatives. Partners with leadership and stakeholders to identify business needs, define research strategies, and translate complex data into scalable solutions that support operational, financial, and strategic decisions. Oversees survey design, deployment, reporting, and analytical resource development across specialty practice and medical aesthetics engagements.

Provides administrative, operational, and customer support for online membership programs. Responsibilities include resolving support tickets, managing accounts and payments, processing memberships and renewals, maintaining reports, conducting product demonstrations, supporting LMS and content quality tasks, and assisting with platform migration projects. The role also handles renewal outreach, phone and email inquiries, and basic website navigation and compliance-training support.
