Serves as the finance and accounting partner for assigned business units, managing billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, expenses, reconciliations, reporting, month-end close, and financial controls. Advises business leaders on financial issues, trends, risks, and operational decisions while improving accounting processes and cash flow. Uses NetSuite and Excel to maintain accurate records, investigate discrepancies, support reporting, and implement workflow improvements.

Leads FP&A and business intelligence activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, dashboard development, KPI reporting, and operational performance analysis. Partners with finance and business leaders to translate requirements into dashboards, reports, and actionable insights. Automates reporting, ensures data integrity, supports project profitability and utilization reporting, and prepares executive-level reporting packages and analyses.
