Provides administrative, bookkeeping, membership, insurance, records, and customer service support for a county Farm Bureau office. Responsibilities include answering phones, managing correspondence and files, processing payments, reconciling bank statements, maintaining membership records, assisting with insurance applications, coordinating meetings, recording minutes, and promoting Farm Bureau services. The role also opens and closes the office and supports the County President, board, committees, and insurance agents.

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups. Manage permissions, governance, security configuration, site lifecycle, provisioning, service health, and compliance support. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and continuous improvement for approximately 1,000 distributed employees.

Develop and maintain pricing and competitive models for property and casualty insurance products. Perform rate reviews, reserving analyses, loss and expense reserve studies, predictive modeling, budget forecasting, and actuarial research. Ensure rating manuals and premium rules comply with insurance regulations while supporting product development and cross-functional management initiatives.

Owns Virginia Farm Bureau’s enterprise collaboration and digital workplace product portfolio, including Microsoft 365, intranet, Webex, video, and telephony platforms. Defines product vision, roadmap, backlog, governance, adoption metrics, and user experience improvements. Partners with business, technology, communications, security, compliance, legal, operations, and vendors to support hybrid work, internal communications, platform reliability, risk management, licensing optimization, and organizational productivity.

Leads enterprise data and AI strategy, governance, stewardship, shared data platforms, and responsible AI enablement in a federated operating model. Partners with executives, architecture, cybersecurity, audit, compliance, and business domains to ensure trusted, secure, scalable data capabilities. Builds and develops teams across data governance, engineering, analytics, and AI while driving enterprise alignment, platform adoption, data quality, and measurable business value.
