Processes and investigates medical expense and Med Pay claims, including evaluation, reserving, adjustment, negotiation, Medicare reporting, and correspondence. Provides technical support to claims staff, handles claim inquiries and loss reports, and maintains professional relationships with medical professionals, attorneys, vendors, and court personnel. Requires prior claims experience, investigation and reserving knowledge, customer service ability, analytical skills, strong organization, and attention to detail.

Supports cloud security operations across Azure and AWS, including posture management, identity and access controls, architecture reviews, network security, DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code reviews, data protection, monitoring, incident response, compliance assessments, and leadership reporting. Coordinates remediation with infrastructure, application development, and information security teams while maintaining cloud security policies, dashboards, documentation, and audit evidence.

Provides horizontal technical leadership across software engineering, APIs, data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and RPA teams. Establishes reusable engineering standards, reference implementations, integration patterns, and automation practices. Partners with architecture teams, improves reliability and operational supportability, reduces technical fragmentation, and mentors senior engineers and technical leads through design reviews, workshops, and communities of practice.
